4. Rank 4Increases your off-hand weapon damage by 20%, off-hand Rage generation by 80%, and chance to hit with off-hand attacks by 8%.
5. Rank 5Increases your off-hand weapon damage by 25%, off-hand Rage generation by 100%, and chance to hit with off-hand attacks by 10%.
